We have in house facility for 3D modeling and 2D CAD drawings using latest CAD software.
We help customers in early designing stages for making their product-design in the concept of "Design for Manufacturing" to make it "Right the first time."
We can work with the customers' drawing by adding machining allowance and tolerances as per the drawing requirements. We can also work from customer supplied 3D models in various forms like Parasolid, IGES, STEP, UG Files.
We can also converting from Sand Casting, Forging and Fabrication to Investment Casting to improve overall quality and reducing machining needed, to reduce product weights and cost of the existing products.
- Tool-Room

Prevail Casting has in-house facilities of Tool Room to make dies with the shortest lead time for sample production. We have CAD/CAM facility for die designing and manufacturing by using 5-axis and 4-axis VMC form DMC, Germany.
- Laboratory
We have N.A.B.L. (National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories, New Delhi) Laboratory certified fully equipped testing laboratory for metal and for Mechanical & Chemical testing we follows standards as per ISO/IEC 17025.
Details Of Testing Equipments' Procedure:
- Chemical Testing:
We have Spectrometer ARL-3460 (made in Switzerland) for chemical testing, which well calibrated using setting up samples and certified reference materials.
We can calibrate seventeen elements in our spectrometer. (C, Si, S, P, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu, V, Ti, W, Co, Nb, N, Al and Fe).
- Mechanical Testing:
- Tensile Testing
We can check Tensile strength using Universal Testing Machine up to 10 ton capacity, which is highly calibrated with the standard references.
We can calculate Yield Stress 0.2% and 1% Proof Stress, It is equipped with Computerized Extensometer System.
- Hardness Testing:
We are using Brinell Hardness Testing Machine for hardness testing in HRC and HRB, which is well calibrated by NABL with the standard references.
- Micro Analysis:
We are using Olympus Microscope (make Japan) for micro analysis, Digital Camera up to 1000X magnification attached with Automatic Computerized Micro Characterize Software. This can analyze following parameters.
- ASTM Grain Size measurement
- Linear Measurement/Angular Measurement
- Inclusion Rating
- Modularity of Cast Iron
- Volume Fraction
- Powder Particle Size Distribution
- Hardness Indentation Measurements
